I visit hotel ratnavel towers with dad for meeting it is nice place to stay and staff are very kind and we had a satisfied stay in there and also had good transport facilities in there and rooms were clean and hygienic

Very rude staff They don't have minimum respect for customers they join hands with local drivers at airport and with the help of drivers they force people to stay in their hotel otherwise drivers start fighting if we dont stay

It's a budget accommodation in proximity to the airport. Ergo, the expectations from it have to be commensurate to its price point and from this perspective, this hotel scores very well in providing basic necessities for a short stay. It's a small hotel right up the road. A lot of in-transit travellers check in here from the nearby airport. It's very considerate of them to provide free pickup & drop from the airport. I had overnighted in a deluxe room which was pretty spacious at a very reasonable tariff. My only botheration was that the bed linen wasn't very clean and the same went for the bathroom. The front office staff to the room service are all very helpful and courteous. We had idli sambhar at breakfast which was awesome. Happy with my stay here, I would recommend this place for short durations.

I was surprised when I arrived with my reservation & was told there were no available rooms! They spent 15 mins making calls, then transferred me to the hotel opposite. It was a nicely presented room, but with dirty old mattresses & pillows hidden under new covers, plus the room smelled like it had no ventilation ever. In India you never get what you pay for, but this is just accepted as normal by the locals

I stayed at this place in the last week of March. My flight from Hyderabad arrived very late and I missed my connecting flight. So from Hyderabad airport I spoke to Mr.Mohan of this hotel and got my room for one night stay on that day. The hotel arranged free to and fro transfer between airport and the hotel. Reception staff were very nice and we checked in in 10 minutes. Room was clean with neat bath room.We had a comfortable sleep.There is no restaurant attached to the hotel.But food is arranged on request from nearby good eating places.Complimentary breakfast was served in the room.Overall you get your money's worth.It is located on GST road and easy to reach.
